DevOps Engineer
Own how we ship and stay up — CI/CD, cloud and environments, monitoring, and the security posture a live trading system demands.
What you'll be doing
- Build the CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code that lets a small team ship safely and often.
- Own cloud, environments, and secrets — reproducible, least-privilege, and auditable.
- Stand up monitoring, alerting, and on-call so problems surface before the market does.
- Harden the security posture around keys, capital, and the trading path.
What we're looking for
- Production DevOps or SRE experience on systems that cannot afford downtime.
- Fluency with cloud, containers, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar), and CI/CD.
- A security-first instinct — you protect keys and capital by default.
- Comfort as an early hire — you set the standards, not inherit them.
